Reservation Policies
We accept reservations both here on our website or by phone. If you are looking for something outside of our standard schedule or policies please give us a call - we may be able to accommodate you!
Payment Policies
1. $10 deposit is required within 10 days of scheduling your trip to confirm your reservation.
2. Full payment is due 30 days before your trip.
3. Group Reservations - if you are a group leader make sure everyone understands our reservation policies and you collect payment on time. In order to receive group discounts you must pay as a group - discounts are forfeited if we receive individual payments.
4. Reservations made within 30 days of the trip require full payment.
Reservations and Cancellations
1. Whitewater Rafting cancellations made more than 15 days before the trip will be eligible for a full refund minus a $10 per person cancellation fee.
2. Flatwater Rental cancellations made more than 5 days before the trip will be eligible for a full refund.
3. There will be no refunds for last minute cancellations, no shows, or people who arrive after their guided trip has left.
4. Guided trips run rain or shine. You're going to be getting wet anyway so take advantage of some of the most beautiful moments on the river that come in the calm after the rain.
5. You may reschedule a guided trip 3 days before the trip time. If you need to reschedule there will be a $10 per person rescheduling fee.
6. Flatwater rentals may be rescheduled 1 day before trip time. If the weather is a concern the day of your trip please call and talk to us. We may be able to move your rental to a different time in the day - but this is not guaranteed.
7. Blackwater Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to change the boat size, boat type, length of trip, or number of people in the boat due to current river conditions. Because the Cheat is a free flowing river water levels can change rapidly. We want you to have the best experience possible and we do our best to match the watercraft to the conditions.
8. If water conditions necessitate a change to an entirely duckie trip and you are uncomfortable with this, please talk to us. We will work with you to reschedule or refund your trip.
9. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs with no refund.
10. If a cancellation is made by Blackwater Outdoor Adventures a complete refund will be issued.
